Small edits. A stronger professional story.
Turn a list of tasks into clear, specific experience — without making anything up.
Start with an action
“Responded to guest enquiries and coordinated requests with hotel teams” is clearer than “Responsible for guest enquiries.” Use language that accurately describes your role.
Keep the context
Name the tools, systems or work environment you actually used. If you operated WinHMS, for example, it can be included in your responsibilities and technical skills. Avoid keyword stuffing or adding tools you have not used.
Less repetition, more clarity
Make each bullet say something distinct. A short, truthful CV is better than a page filled with repeated duties. The editor checks repeated bullets and skills, but you remain responsible for verifying the facts.
Read it one last time
Check spelling, date ranges, email and phone number. Preview every PDF page. Your Word file is editable and may reflow depending on the fonts and application used, so always review it after making changes.
